PDF Crop Buddy processes your PDF files entirely in your browser. We do not upload, store, or transmit the contents of your files to our servers. The information below explains the limited data we do collect to operate the Service.
All PDF reading, cropping, resizing, merging, splitting, and output happens on your device using your browser. The PDF you upload is not sent to PDF Crop Buddy or Bapna Digital. We have no way to read, copy, or recover your files.
We may store a small amount of usage data in your browser (in localStorage) to enforce free-tier daily limits. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
When you visit the Service, our hosting provider may log standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, referrer, and request path for security and reliability. If we enable privacy-friendly analytics, those tools collect aggregated traffic information only and do not identify individual users.
We use only essential storage required to operate the Service (such as the quota counter described above). We do not set advertising cookies. If we add optional analytics in the future, we will update this page.
Account login is not yet available. When sign-up launches, we will collect the minimum information needed to authenticate you (typically an email address) and will update this Privacy Policy with details on storage, retention, and your rights.
We use reputable infrastructure providers (e.g. CDN, hosting) to deliver the Service. These providers process technical request metadata but do not receive your PDF files.
Since we do not collect personal data about you in connection with file processing, there is typically no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete. For any privacy questions, contact us via bapnadigital.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated revision date at the top of this page.
