Paid plans are not yet available. When they launch, this policy will describe billing terms, eligibility for refunds, and the time window in which refund requests can be raised. We will also publish the policy clearly on the checkout page before any payment is collected.
Our intended policy is a 7-day no-questions-asked refund on first-time paid subscriptions, provided usage during that window has not been excessive (we will define excessive use precisely on the pricing page). Refunds for subsequent renewal cycles will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Once paid plans are available, you will be able to request a refund by writing to the contact address listed on bapnadigital.com from the email address on the subscription. We aim to respond within 3 business days and to process approved refunds within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most issues can be resolved more quickly directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
