PDF Crop Buddy is a browser-based utility that crops, resizes, splits, merges and otherwise processes PDF files entirely on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit the contents of your PDF files to our servers.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only on PDF files you own or have permission to process. You must not use the Service to process content that infringes intellectual-property rights, violates privacy, or contains material prohibited by applicable law.
Some features are free with usage limits (e.g. a daily crop quota and a small watermark on output). Paid plans, when launched, will remove these limits. We may change the free tier, watermark, or paid features at any time, with reasonable notice for paying users.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. You are responsible for verifying that output files meet your printing, shipping, or compliance requirements before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bapna Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
