Flipkart vs Meesho label workflow — side by side
June 25, 2026 · 6 min read
If you sell on both, you already know: the label formats are almost identical but the differences trip up new sellers every day. Here is the fastest workflow for each.
What each marketplace hands you
- Flipkart — A4 PDF, shipping label on top, tax invoice below. One order per page.
- Meesho — A4 PDF, shipping label on top, manifest & product details below. One order per page.
The Flipkart workflow (dispatch under 45 seconds per order)
- Seller Hub → Orders → Ready to dispatch.
- Select up to 100 orders. Click Download labels.
- Drop the PDF into the Flipkart cropper.
- Enable Split mode — each A4 becomes a 4×6 label + 4×6 invoice page.
- Export as single PDF. Print label pages on 4×6 thermal, invoice pages on plain A4.
The Meesho workflow
- Meesho Supplier Panel → Orders → Ready to ship.
- Bulk-select orders. Click Download labels.
- Drop into the Meesho cropper.
- Enable Split mode for label + manifest separation.
- Same export pattern.
Key differences
- Barcode density. Meesho's barcode is denser — always print at 100% scale. Flipkart's has more forgiveness.
- Return label. Flipkart embeds the return address on the label. Meesho puts it on the manifest — keep the manifest page.
- Cutoff time. Flipkart pickups are stricter; missing a label barcode scan means a lost pickup slot.
Multi-marketplace daily dispatch
If you sell on both Flipkart and Meesho, merge both downloads first with the merge tool, then run one crop pass. You save a full minute per pickup cycle.
The SKU stamping trick
Both platforms let you enable SKU stamping in the cropper — a large printed SKU code on each label so packers can grab the right product without opening the label. See the SKU stamp & sort guide.
