Flipkart label cropping — the right way
Flipkart's downloaded PDFs put the shipping label on top and the tax invoice on the bottom of an A4 page. Here's how to turn that into clean 4×6 thermal-ready labels.
1. Download the label PDF from Seller Hub
Go to Orders → Ready to dispatch, select the orders you want, and click Download labels. Flipkart gives you one A4 PDF with the label on top of each page and the tax invoice below.
2. Open it in the Flipkart cropper
Head to the Flipkart Label Cropper and drop the PDF in. The Flipkart preset is already selected — it targets the top label region.
3. Decide: label only, or label + invoice?
- Label only — keep the default crop. You get one 4×6 page per order.
- Label + invoice (split mode) — turn on Split mode in the export panel. Each A4 page becomes two 4×6 pages: label first, invoice second.
4. Pick pages and rotate if needed
Use the page selector to skip cancelled or duplicate orders. If a label was scanned in landscape, rotate it 90° so the barcode prints upright on your thermal printer.
5. Export
- Single PDF — fastest for batch printing.
- Separate PDFs — when you want one file per order.
- ZIP — handy for archiving and sharing with packers.
Tips
- Save your tweaked crop as a custom preset for recurring batches.
- Use the History panel to re-run yesterday's settings on a new manifest.
- Everything runs in your browser — Flipkart PDFs never leave your device.
