Meesho label cropping tips for daily dispatch
Meesho manifests pack the label and invoice onto a single A4 page. With the right preset and a few habits, you can crop a full day's orders in under a minute.
1. Download the manifest
From your Meesho supplier panel, open Orders → Ready to ship, select the batch and click Download label. You'll get a multi-page PDF with one label per page.
2. Open the Meesho preset
Go to the Meesho Label Cropper. The Meesho preset is already selected — it crops the upper label region and leaves the invoice section behind.
3. Skip what you don't need
Click thumbnails to deselect cancelled orders or duplicates before you export. This keeps your printer queue clean.
4. Rotate any landscape pages
Meesho occasionally throws in a landscape label. Use the per-page rotation buttons to flip it upright before exporting.
5. Export the way that fits your workflow
- Single PDF — print the whole batch in one go.
- ZIP — one PDF per order, easy to attach to courier dockets.
Daily workflow shortcuts
- Save your filename pattern (e.g.
meesho-{date}-{n}) once and reuse it. - Recent history lets you re-apply yesterday's settings on today's manifest.
- All processing is local — your buyer addresses never touch a server.
